No entry permitted to anyone, at any time, in any area without appropriate accreditation
No unauthorised or professional photography, film or video equipment, go-pros or selfie sticks

No high visibility bibs and jackets
No poles, banners and flags
No sound systems
No trolleys (pushchairs are permitted)
Can I return my ticket?
We accept no refunds i'm afraid. However you can give it to a friend.
Can I bring a bag to the event?
Small to medium back packs, shoulder bags and baby changing bags with essentials are accepted.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
No, however bringing food for children under five is fine.
Can I bring pets?
No pets are allowed on the festival site.
Guide dogs are allowed.
Can I bring my medication to the festival?
If you need to bring medication onsite with you, please keep it in its original packaging, with the dispensary sticker and issued in the name of the ticket-holder i.e. DON’T peel the label off or carry someone else’s medication, or lose tablets. If the medication is not in the original packaging, bring a copy of your doctor’s letter or prescription to ensure security is able to easily identify the medication and allow you entry with it.
What food is available and do they cover gluten free options?
We have a range of food vendors who cater for gluten free, dairy free and will be child friendly.
Will you accept cash payment?
All vendors will be accepting cash and card.
Are there baby changing facilities?
Yes. Baby changing facilities will be positioned inside the fun barns toilets.
Do I need I.D?
If you appear to be under 18 years old you may be asked to provide I.D to gain entry to the festival. See below for valid forms of ID.
We are also operating a Challenge 25 Policy at the bar. Valid photo ID will be required.
If you are asked you will need to provide an original copy of your Photo Identification (no pictures or photocopies will be accepted).
Suitable forms of Photo Identification include: Provisional/Driving License, Passport, Armed Forces card, National PASS scheme approved Proof of Age card. Any other Photo ID presented may only be acceptable at the discretion of the Event Management.

What if the event is cancelled?
If the event is cancelled for unforeseen circumstances you will be deemed a full refund.

Is their security?
Yes there will be two security guards on site. Security will be checking through your bags on the entrance and patrolling the site throughout the event. Say hello to them!

What are the festival opening times?
Saturday 19th September
1pm - 10pm
What times are kids activities on in the fun barn?
Kids activities will be running from 1pm-6pm in the fun barn. Kids can still play in the barn from 6-8pm as from 8pm-10pm the fun barn will host a DJ for the remaining two hours.
All children must be monitored by a parent or suitable adult and take full responsibility for them.
When will the live music be on?
Live music will be on the main stage outside from 2pm - 8pm and then inside the barn from 8pm-10pm.
Wellbeing, Saftey and Accessibility
What medical facilities will there be on site?
We will have a qualified first aider with a station on hand from 1pm-10pm
Will there be wheelchair access?
Unfortunately the site does not allow for wheelchair access.
What are the fire protocols?
Their will be multiple fire exits on site and a fire point for people to gather by the outside toilets.
Toilets?
Their will be a range of toilets outside and kids can use toilets inside the fun barn.

Where is the festival?
We are just off the A1 between Biggleswade and Baldock. Entrance to the site is off Hinxworth Rd.

Is there a car park?
Yes you can park on site. Max speed limit is 5mph on site at any time.
Taxis...
There will be a taxi pick up & drop off point. You must pre book all your taxis before hand.
